i finally got up the stones and will to draw something and post it. it may or may not lead to a comic (badly drawn of course) based on a monotype nuzlocke run on Platinum. i mean i got myself a bunch of colored pencils and crayons for my birthday, why not use them?

after spending how long? on dA i have finally uploaded my own shit. granted i could barely call it art but it's something. it's a species i've thrown around for so long and i just call them snakebugs because, well, that's what they are. i'll save the infodump of useless bio-nerd facts for later, once i figure out how to draw them. however if you find yourself intrigued, they're an open species. note me and i'll give you the scoop on their appearance and biology and you are welcome to go for it, provided you credit the species back to me. hopefully i'll be able to get better pics up, 'cos the ones there now are the result of like an hours'

so in order to de-stress from looming finals, what does my spaztastic brain decide to do? design pokemon. i've got a set of starters, a pair of eeveelutions, and a legendary that's been knocking around in my head for a while. the concept of this legendary is in no way new, of course, but that's not the point. it hasn't left me alone and i needed to write it out. either way, if anyone has ideas for pokemon or wants to brainstorm with me, i'd be delighted. right now i'm hoping to come up with a ratatta-thing, zubat-thing, pidgey-thing, pseudo-legendary, baby, and girly pink fairy-mon. once those staples are out of the way, the fun part can be
